Murphy Classic Photography has provided high quality portraiture since 1992. Derived from passion, dedication and the privilege to capture precious memories for individuals, families and friends, Murphy Classic Photography continues to grow, specializing in sports teams, schools, and corporate events.
History
Justin and Angela Murphy have lived in Alberta a combined 98% of there lives Our family and extended family are here in Alberta. Our plans is to grow Murphy Photographic and make a positive contribution to our neighborhood for many years to come. Justin attended both Lethbridge College, and the University of Lethbridge majoring in Computer Science. Murphy furthered his education at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), where he attended numerous photography courses. Murphy maintains a continuous education regime by attending the latest photography courses every year. Angela is also a SAIT Alumni.
Murphy Photographic is a member of various photography associations including: PMAI (Photographic Marketing Association International), WPPI (Wedding & Portrait Photographers International), DIMA (Digital Imaging Marketing Association), NPS (Nikon Professional Services), FCC (Foothills Camera Club).
Murphy’s most recent venture involves sports teams, school and corporate photography, in a partnership with R & G Sports. Now under the leadership of Murphy, R & G Sports Photography, also known as Murphy Classic Sports Photography, strives to be the number one independently owned photographic agency in Alberta.
For over 15 years, Murphy has established strong relationships with his clients, but his passion goes beyond the family business. Murphy connects with families and communities in his support of not-for-profit organizations and worthwhile causes.
